Delivery and orders

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, but delivery times vary depending on the product ordered and the supplier's country. Products shipped from France will take a few days, while others may take up to two weeks. On average, please allow about ten days for order processing, product manufacturing, and delivery. We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Where can I track the progress of my parcel?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. If the link doesn't work, please wait a few days, as the distributor's website may take some time to update. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email our customer support.

What are the delivery charges?

Free delivery (excluding overseas territories) is offered for all orders, with no minimum quantity or price.

My order is incomplete.

Don't panic if your order includes multiple items and you haven't received them all; simply wait a little longer. Products may be shipped from different warehouses. If you have any questions, you can always contact our customer service.

Can I combine discount codes?

Unfortunately not, our store does not allow the combination of discount codes.
However, you can use your discount code on sale items without any problem.

Is it possible to add a tip to my order?

You can add a tip when you pay for your order, at the time of entering your bank details. You are free to add any tip you wish. The entire team thanks you for your kindness and generosity.

Can I request a refund for a tip?

Unfortunately not, each tip is final and it will be impossible for Echiquier-Boutique to refund it.

Send an email to our support team as soon as possible; a change will only be possible if your order has not yet been prepared.

Can I cancel my order?

Send an email to our support team as soon as possible. A quick cancellation is only possible if your order hasn't yet been processed. Otherwise, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. In this case, you'll need to contact customer service to obtain a return label to print.

How to take advantage of the money-back guarantee?

We offer all our customers a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to cancel it if it does not suit them, without any justification on your part.

You have 14 days to cancel your order. Simply make this request by contacting us via email or the contact form.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery; after this period, the order will be considered compliant. For more details, please refer to our refund policy .
